To @voitechnology @Edinburgh_CC - Less than 10 days since this scheme started and this is what we are seeing at 6am this morning in Edinburgh on the Pleasance. A Voi bike blocking a public path, preventing pedestrians or anyone using a wheelchair using the pavement.

@HolyroodRanger @HistEnvScot Found decorations on trees in #HolyroodPark without any thought to the dangers that this can cause animals. I took these off trees & put in bin. Is there any law we can inform people about to stop this behaviour?
