I now have a 40¢ NFC tag on my desk that moves the music from my phone to my office speakers and it feels like the future.

@rsms @zenona @mgalavai @miekd It’s cards you buy (or you make your own). A painful but killer business strategy. And we 99% use it for stories and not for music!

@rsms Yep. Sounds like there isn’t a perfect solution… You can also “customise” the software by defining some principles about how the team uses it – threads vs not, what’s DM vs public, that kind of thing.

@basil Tried Zulip for a few day but none of us liked the ui. We will likely move to IRC in the future, but for now we just went ahead with slack even though it’s bloated and a bit of a mess. We figured we shouldn’t spend too much time on finding the “perfect” solution here.

I'm very excited to have joined @AdeptAILabs! We're building a universal collaborator – it's like an overlay that sits on top of all the software you use. You can hand off tasks to it by just... asking. Below is an early preview of some things it can do!

Finished my final week at @normallystudio, after 7 amazing years. Normally works by combining radical experimentation with… just being kind. This culture leads to impactful and meaningful projects. If you get the chance to work with them, or just meet with them: you should ❤️

@genmon Walkabout Mini Golf. Playing this remotely with a friend, making fun of each other’s misses, ducking our heads out of the guardian to find our beers in between shots, was what convinced me that hanging out in VR will be a thing.

Picked up an Oculus Quest 2. Any recommendations to be impressed by VR or see clever approaches to interaction design? Especially after apps that play with scale or are particularly cosmic. I want to feel awe and magic
