@DegenerateTBone Very good read... I think priority 1 is finding a GM ASAP. They went with a brand new head coach at the level of Ohio State - then fail to hire a GM to help him out. That was dumb. I want a true GM, too- Evaluating talent, raising money, managing staff personnel.

Good points made in this article, and it addresses the fact that Diebler isn't going anywhere this off-season (despite the protestations of fans like me who think OSU should have higher standards).
TL;DR - it isn't just a money problem. Talent evaluation must be better...
