Joel Matip’s brother Marvin on the situation around Stade de France: “The organisation around and in the stadium is unworthy of a CL final! Using tear gas in areas with children and uninvolved fans is dangerous!”, tells @Plettigoal. 🤦🏼‍♂️ #UCLFinal

@spectator Wait until we revert to buying fuel to the gallon again. Then the cost of living crisis will hit home.

@JAHeale @ConHome Looking at that front bench, with one or two exceptions, it is apparent most Tory talent is on the back benches.

Time for a little round up of the Ukraine situation. A thread (with some poorly drawn maps).

@Ryanair Afraid not. HB is correct. All you need to do is admit it.

Hey @ryanair, tell your ground crews to stop telling your passengers to France that they are required to wear a face mask on the flight. They're not. Under UK, French, EASA & ECDC rules and your own CEO's policy, passengers do not need to wear masks. You're welcome.

@PhillipsPOBrien A dam will break causing an awful lot of damage. Trouble is there is now a reduced water supply.

There seem to be two completely different narratives emerging about the Battle of the Donbas, one on the micro level and one from the larger perspective, and its fascinating to see the differences. Thought I would try and summarize.

@PhillipsPOBrien Rather destroys the argument that arming the good guys to shoot the bad guys is the best policy.

@sajidjavid Again you misjudge the mood. We're not very angry. We're unforgiving.

People are understandably very angry about the poor behaviour set out in Sue Gray’s report. The PM has apologised and taken full responsibility for all that happened. Changes have already been made. Now let’s get on with tackling the big challenges ahead.

@Peston What's the point in bearing responsibility but accepting none of it?

What would you ask Tory minister Victoria Prentis who is coming on #peston show to defend Boris Johnson? I have a few ideas of my own but suggestions welcome. You can watch it on ITV 10.45

That bit in the report about No10 staff being dicks to the cleaners and custodians boiled my piss too. But I’ve had quite enough of this ‘how dare they talk down to the little people?!’ shtick from people who tried to rob the little people of their vote a few years back.
