Olen oppisopimuksen iso kannattaja! Saksassa tämä on todella yleistä ja on mielestäni oikea ratkaisu, missä teoria ja käytäntö kohtaavat hienosti. Kun vielä asuin siellä niin joka vuosi palkkasin yhden opiskelijan, jotkut saattoi lopettaa kesken kun huomasivat että ei ole heidän ala, jotkut suoritti hienosti koulutuksen loppuun ja osa jäi meille töihin.

Todellisuus on karumpi: koulu ei tee kenestäkään ammattilaista. Se tekee korkeintaan paperin, joka antaa väärän tunteen osaamisesta. Osaaminen syntyy vasta käytännön kautta. Vastuusta. Toistosta. Virheistä ja niiden korjaamisesta. Kaikki muu on itsensä pettämistä ja veronmaksajien rahan haaskaamista. Itse olen myös ottanut kantaa koulutuksen aiheuttamaan indoktrinaatioon. Kun nuori on vuosikausia istunut luennoilla, joissa todellisuus korvataan narratiiveilla, ei ihme että hän myöhemmin uskoo, että maahanmuutto on ”rikkaus” ja biologiset faktat ovat vihapuhetta.

But we have very low electricity prices and today is average 9,41c/kWh including everything, autonomy is the way👌🏻

@cfborg @electricfelix That cost me roughly 1000€ and I will have made my money back in roughly 7 years - you get the panels for less than a quarter of the price I paid now and if you just bolt them to your balcony wall you will have the money back in a year or two Our balconies should be full of them
