For that reason alone, XRP has to be a $1000+ rather quickly. In my opinion the basement price has to be $10,000 to run smoothly without any interruptions.

Valuations were at multi-decade lows. The Dow went from 776 to 11,722. 1,409% in 18 years. Then the dot-com bubble burst in March 2000. Two crashes followed.
