Absolutely appalling. Israel has struck a Lebanese civil defense center near Baalbek tonight, killing at least 12 rescuers. The center’s chief, Bilal Raad, is still under the rubble. HRW has denounced Israel’s repeated attacks on medics in Lebanon as “apparent war crimes”.
