The heretic in this picture is the Pope himself, along with much of the College of Cardinals, who all subscribe to the ‘Liberation Theology’ heresy, a syncretism of Marxism and Catholicism.
Far too few Catholics are even aware of this heresy, which has been infecting the Church since at least the 1960s.

I was today years old when I learned there is a heresy called “Americanism”. It was declared by Pope Leo XIII (coincidence?) in 1899. It’s characterized by basically putting your own conscience above the Church. From the left it might include support for abortion or same-sex marriage, but it seems like we’re starting to see a manifestation of it from the political right in questioning the Pope’s authority to comment on American involvement in wars or immigration policies. We’re even seeing questions about the legitimacy of this Pope. If your first (or even second) instinct on hearing the Pope calling for peace was to assume it was an attack on Trump, or worse, to attack the Pope, you need to examine your conscience. We are Catholic Americans, not American Catholics. Our first duty is to the Church, not our national government.

Every Catholic priest has to read several hundred Bible verses every day between breviary & Mass, plus most read more than required. Pope Leo XIV has done this every day since 1977 when he entered the Augustinian novitiate.

It looks like Hungary played the EU. Magyar was an ally of Orbán up until 2024 before becoming the "opposition." Since winning, he's rejected the EU and said Orbán was "too lenient" on immigration. Orbán may now run against Ursula for President of the EU Commission. 🇭🇺

The Pope isn’t “quoting the Bible” he’s giving a homily.
That’s a traditional Catholic sermon that explains Scripture, applies it to our times, and calls people to live the Gospel.
Maybe some of you don’t know what a homily is.
That’s okay.
But criticizing the Pope for doing exactly what popes and priests have done for 2,000 years just shows you don’t understand the faith you’re attacking.

If the Catholic Church is to survive even the next 2-3 years, the Vatican needs to do whatever is necessary to replace this Pope as soon as possible before he does any more damage. It's curious that these bishops didn't release a video when Catholic Charities USA reportedly received $1.5 billion in U.S. taxpayer funds to facilitate illegal immigration, including allegedly coaching migrants on how to avoid ICE detection, evade questions, and game the asylum system.
