Steven Spielberg has gone out for lunch. Disclosure Day is absolutely dreadful Unlike his iconic titles, this film is completely void of inspiration, heart & wonder. Emily Blunt’s “gifted” abilities come off as totally laughable & ridiculous. None of the leading heroes are likeable or interesting. It is almost 3 hours of overdrawn nonsense. Worst movie I’ve seen this year.  #disclosureday

@svaliela @BoxOfficebrawlr What was the last documentary, released as a full movie, that required more than a normies understanding of the subject? It should be able to stand on its own. I should be able to watch a major release about i love Lucy without knowing Lucille Ball even existed.

Funny how some of the loudest critics seem to know the least about the subject. Before dismissing Disclosure Day, it might be worth looking at the testimony of military pilots, intelligence officials, scientists, and the growing body of documented evidence. Criticism is easy. Understanding the topic takes a little more work. 😉🛸

Honest tourist confession. I watched a man fill a duffel bag at a Walgreens in San Francisco. He walked past the cashier. Three customers looked at their phones. Nobody called anyone. Later a clerk told me: "If we chase him, we get fired. If police come, he's out the same day because it's under $950." Who exactly is being protected by this rule? Because it does not feel like the cashier, the customers, or the law-abiding city.

@japan_nobunaga 1/2 I love your posts, and I don’t want to make you sad, or depress you, but…sometimes the lack of the penny dish can cost a young life. Such was the case for my son’s friend who rode her bike to the gas station for an ice cream. She hadn’t figured on the tax of her treat!

USA. A gas station register. I was three cents short, and what happened next has quietly ruined my life. The cashier did not sigh. She did not wait. She reached into a small dish beside the register, took three pennies, and paid my debt with them. "There you go, hon." I asked whose coins those were. "Take a penny, leave a penny," she said, pointing at a sign, as if those six words explained the dish, the store, and the entire country. A tiny treasury. Open. Unguarded. By the door. Fed by anyone, for anyone. No ledger. No guard. No interest. Let me be clear about what occurred: I, the head of an eight-hundred-year house, was bailed out at a gas station by an anonymous dish. I could not sleep that night. A debt is a debt. The dish had stood for me. I would stand for the dish. I returned the next morning with three pennies, plus one for honor. The cashier said I didn't have to do that. I returned the day after with five more. She said, "Sir, it's a penny dish." By Friday she had stopped explaining and simply waved when I came in. A man does not ask three cents to be nothing. He returns four, and keeps returning. The dish is now full. She says it has never been so full. Other customers have started adding to it — possibly out of confusion, possibly because a full dish invites fullness. Yesterday a man took two pennies and left a quarter. The economy of the doorway is booming. I borrowed three cents. The debt was small. The honor was not. The cashier calls me "the penny guy" now. I came to this country with one name, eight hundred years old. I have since been Banana, and now the penny guy. I answer to all of them. Of course I answer to all of them.

No one is shoving anything down anyone’s throat. It’s a flag. No one is asking you to fly it. They’re just asking you, for one month, to not lose your shit every time you see it. Gay men and women in this country have been beaten and killed. They’ve been shunned by their own family. They’ve been called “sick” and “disordered.” All because of who they love. You can’t handle looking at a flag for 30 days?

Not sure if this is rage-bait or what, but it seems like the left has found the gym after accusing all lifters of being white supremacists. I’ll try not to get mogged.

It was an honor to visit your husband’s grave today on your behalf, and to pay my respects. It was wonderful to see the beautiful flowers representing many others who did the same. Our nation owes a debt of gratitude to those who made the ultimate sacrifice, and to the loved ones they left behind. Thank you for your service and sacrifice @SharrellAnne2 🙏🏽

@anymanfitness It has made work so much easier. I thought it would make me more aggressive because of the stereotype, but really I've just been more direct and that's brought so much more peace to my team once they adjusted to it

One week into my (doctor prescribed) testosterone replacement therapy. Thoughts + observations: - Pinning has become much easier already; anyone with apprehensions to needles - you will get over that very quickly - Testosterone oil is super annoying to draw into a syringe - Within a few days, energy levels started to bounce upwards pretty quickly - Today is my first day of having a lot of client check ins and somewhat tedious work while on test; my ability to focus and grind out work is radically higher - Workout felt great this morning, specifically between sets. Where I'd usually still be not fully recovered after 3 minutes of rest, it felt like I was ready to go again after 60 seconds. Big change - Took a 3 mile walk after my lift (standard for me); usually the last mile is a drag, this time, energy levels stayed high - Literally bricked up all night long when I'm trying to sleep (tmi but whatever lol) - I was able to get out of bed MUCH easier today. No procrastination when it was time to go to the gym, either, just jumped up and out the door. The changes so far are obvious and noticeable. I now get the whole "I feel like a teenager again" trope about TRT.
