In Israel, United Hatzalah volunteers complete extensive training, including hundreds of hours of coursework and training calls. In the UK it’s the same thing.

My problem, I can’t speak for anyone else, is that I didn’t know these ambulances existed and I want to know how they fit into the general ambulance system. That doesn’t seem too much to ask. If there were Christian volunteer ambulances, Buddhist ones, Hindu ones, I’d ask the same.
