@HafedDm @xai Until that's native, grok-build-providers by @jamiengineer gets you partway there — swap the underlying model (Gemini, Codex, DeepSeek, Qwen) between sessions right from the TUI. Pick the right provider for the task. github.com/jamubc/grok-bu…

The long-running task focus is the right bet, that's exactly where a single model starts to strain, early steps are simple, later ones get hard. Would love to see it pick the right intensity per step automatically instead of running one mode the whole way. That'd make "always-approve" feel a lot safer too.

🌌 ELON'S CONSTELLATION I Built an interactive 3D map of Elon's entire empire using mostly Grok Build and a little help from Claude. Drag, zoom, click any company to fly in. Hit TIMELINE and watch it grow from SpaceX in 2002 to a $1.6T+ web in 2026 with the camera auto-following every milestone. 75 curated events, 40 companies, live valuations. WHAT IT IS • Interactive 3D galaxy of every Musk company, sub-division, and orbiting partner • ~40 nodes, ~50 connections, valuations refreshed to May 2026 • Drag, zoom, click anything → fly straight in • Each orb sized by real valuation. SpaceX is a sun, Tesla a planet, Boring a moon • Color = company. Shape = type. Glowing star = core, solid moon = sub-division, faceted gem = external partner THE CORE VERBS 🔍 Click any orb → camera glides in, side panel shows valuation, mission, revenue lines, partners 🕸️ WEB → reveals every link in the empire at once 💫 PULSE → animated particles flow along each connection so you see the money/data/contracts moving 📂 EXPAND → unfolds sub-webs (Tesla Energy, Optimus, FSD, Megapack, Dojo…) 🎯 FOCUS toggles → solo Tesla and the empire collapses to just Tesla + everything it touches THE KILLER FEATURE — TIMELINE MODE • Scrub from 2002 → 2026 and watch the empire literally grow • Every orb fades in at its founding year • 75 curated event headlines pop in chronologically • Camera auto-follows each event to the company that made it happen • History feed on the left accumulates every event you've passed • Clickable event dots on the rail — hover for tooltip, click to jump • Playback is event-paced — dense years auto-slow so the camera actually lands • 0.25x / 0.5x / 1x / 2x speed. Crosshair toggles follow on/off POLISH • WASD + QE keyboard fly-cam • Deep-link URLs: ?node=spacex opens with SpaceX selected • Mobile bottom-sheet with drag-to-dismiss • Search auto-expands hidden subs before flying in • 60fps cinematic camera with OrbitControls damping for inertia @grok Tell me what you think of our creation? 😅

@JalkarnaGautam @xai Exactly — and if you want to go beyond Grok's built-in model for those CI/headless workflows, check out grok-build-providers by @jamiengineer. It lets you swap between Gemini, Codex, DeepSeek & Qwen from the same TUI, no background services needed. github.com/jamubc/grok-bu…

@xai same model, different harness. cursor runs it inside your editor against local files. grok build is a remote cli agent you hit from a terminal or api, no ide needed. that's the one you want for ci or headless servers.

@menesekinci_ai Great tip! And for even MORE flexibility — grok-build-providers by @jamiengineer lets you swap Grok Build's model to Gemini, Codex, DeepSeek or Qwen from a single TUI. Zero background services. npm i -g grok-build-providers

Yo Premium+ squad on X, you gotta try this: Set Grok Build as your model in Hermes 🔥 No hourly caps, limits are monthly only. If you're running agentic tasks but not going full beast mode with heavy coding, this thing is straight-up insane value for money. You literally can’t finish the limits even if you try 😂

Orbital Engagement Lab v0.10.0 is out! This update focused on AI Agent workflows, the product has now been tested with Codex, Claude Code, Gemini CLI, and Grok Build. It should be easy to go from download to simulation to insights. This update also makes it easy for your agent to submit feedback to the GitHub repo with your permission. Try it here: github.com/adamcohen8/orb…

@acadictive @SouravGRoy Been using Grok Build since I cancelled and it's not too bad with my premium+. Average 5 min runs take about 1% of usage. Its all terminal based in Terminal/Developer Powershell in Visual Studio, but very pleased so far.

Dear GitHub Copilot team, I am happy to announce that I successfully burned all of my monthly tokens in under 3 days thanks to your garbage new pricing model. I'd also like to inform you that I won't be renewing my subscription or adding more budget. Best, A former customer.

Grok build is better in Grok build harness than in Cursor harness. And Composer loves to draw architecture diagrams even in Grok build harness.
