to get back faster, BC I had work. so I took a bus home & applied for compensation as he instructed. & now @WestJet is telling me I'm not eligible for any BC I didn't take the 24hr delayed flight... which is 100% contrary to what ONE OF THEIR EMPLOYEES TOLD ME. make it make sense

so @WestJet decided to delay takeoff, which made me miss my connection, & I was only rebooked on a flight 24 hrs later. I cabbed to the hotel provided (far away) & back to the airport the next day. the WestJet employee I spoke to recommended that I "look into VIA Rail" (cont)
