@saks you should really be ashamed to call yourself a luxury brand with your complete lack of customer service and incompetent agents. Let’s not blame this on #COVID19 I’ve spoken to 7 agents over the last month only to get assurances my issue would be resolved and NOTHING IS!

@ChipotleTweets Website was down, did not let me order online! Went into store instead and it wasn’t honored in spite of own error. This was such a silly gimmick. If you’re going to offer it then do it right and for all no matter how someone orders.

@Delta If you @Delta care to assist me you would contact me not send me a generic message. Have been at the airport for almost 2 hours n after the first debacle, the latest agent tells me my bag may not make, really?!?!?! How about getting some competent employees?

Worst experience ever at JFK airport with @Delta Can’t get their flight delays straight and have a bunch of rude, disrespectful, unhelpful and less than useless ground staff who only complicate situations. So disappointed with what I thought was my favorite airline 😡🤬😫😠
