I feel like with a small team and 2-3 years, proven tech founders could automate huge chunks of the government. I would sign up for a tour of duty (in the UK). It would need a lot of political aircover - I have no desire to fight a massive bureaucracy 🤷‍♂️

This is the unconscious bias that my colleagues face every time they put on the uniform. This needs to change…there is no excuse. As an industry we wonder why we have difficulties attracting female and minorities to the role. They just don’t see themselves in that role and on the rare occasion they do, this happens. I have seen this very mistake recently when having breakfast with a colleague who was mistaken as a FA. What can we do to change these perceptions?
