#JMPD K9 officers received info about a black Mini Cooper fitted with blue lights & sirens. Further information indicated that the occupants may have been involved in the hijacking of cargo trucks.
The vehicle was spotted on Rifle Range Road driving with its blue lights activated. The officers followed the vehicle & successfully brought it to a stop at the intersection of Kliprivier Drive & Rifle Range Road in West Turfontein. 4x male occupants were found inside the vehicle. Upon inquiry, none of the occupants was identified as police officials. All four suspects were placed under arrest for impersonating police officers as well as the illegal use of blue lights & sirens & detained at Booysens SAPS.
The blue lights and sirens were removed & booked in at Booysens SAP13. The vehicle was also impounded & booked in at Aeroton SAPS Pound.

Controversial activist and former Ukhozi FM presenter Ngizwe Mchunu has accused EFF leader Julius Malema of receiving R60 million from Nigerian drug dealers. Mchunu made the claim during a march near the Union Buildings in Pretoria on Tuesday while being interviewed by news blogger Kingzoso.
Mchunu said Malema is eating the money of the foreigners and "recently received R60 million from Nigerian drug dealers". He said this is why Malema is defending llegal immigrants, particularly Nigerians.
Malema is known for his vocal support of African immigrants, he once said foreigners must find creative ways to enter South Africa and even suggested Illegal Foreigners in the country should be given documentation so that they could easily be traced they do crime.
Ngizwe added that Malema is willing to lose everything he has politically just to protect Nigerians and other foreigners. The allegations, captured on video, spread rapidly on X.
Malema responded to the Video of Ngizwe posted by X user with the words “Ndaa, when and where did he say that?” EFF supporters have called for defamation charges against Mchunu.
