@Silenkurii @mcsherlocks @CrimsonDesert_ You're actually NOT using Ray Reconstruction. RR is not compatible with DLSS 4.5 so it turns it off. Change DLSS to 4.0 and then turn on RR.

Crimson Desert latest patch has significantly improved the loading times when using fast travel. Here's a side by side comparison showcasing the difference before VS after the update

@yshaikh2001 @Pirat_Nation Technically in this case. The loading is the immersion. That animation happens when you fast travel from the world. However if you stand on a fast travel plate it doesn’t use that animation and is very short before the patch. Having said that. It did need shortening.

@ctorobotics @Pirat_Nation This is one of the easiest things to do no offense, all they did was shorten the animation, the actual loading time is significantly shorter then even the new animation 🫠

@Pirat_Nation Crimson Desert’s fast travel loading times just got massively improved that before/after difference is night and day! Pearl Abyss cooking with these quick patches.

The patch notes are insane for the new Crimson Desert patch. They are dropping a patch a week. I will guarantee you it's AI assisted development. The speed is just too great, and I'm here for it.

I’ll always find it strange how bad writing is seen as a massive issue for Crimson Desert but Breath of the Wild and TOTK both get away with having the most basic, generic writing and boring storytelling. Why do some games get a pass for focusing on gameplay & others don’t?

Oh my god, I just tested this out myself and its actually insane how Crimson Desert makes you wait a whole transportation sequence to go to another location. If you stand on top of a teleporter and fast travel to another teleporter it gets you there almost instantly. However, moving just a few steps away and traveling back to that same teleporter, the game makes you sit through a whole cutscene which takes approximately 15 seconds to finish. The developers should get rid of this ASAP, it looks cool for the first time you do it, but I would much rather take a quicker load screen than watching a cutscene every time I fast travel...
