Dear surgery, Thank you for your email but you cannot boost what is not there to be boosted. Your filing system needs a bit of work. Best wishes, Ken.

@lennythepen @sainsburys Look into their finances. If they are making good money then that's a lot of fines. In that case the contract is obviously not clearly explained or displayed. If it were opportunities to fine would be low.

I shopped at #Sainsbury's in Chislehurst — 35 mins, £44.89 spend (card proof) — now I’ve got an £85 demand from #EuroCarParks for not "validating" parking. Not one staff member mentioned it. I'm also a Blue Badge holder. Punishing customers for shopping? @Sainsburys sort this.

@FarmingUK Woodside farm does exist but, had to change its name when tesco literally stole the name. Woodside farm asked them to stop using their name but, could not afford to fight high powered expensive lawyers so ended up changing their name instead.

@lennythepen @sainsburys Because of Parking Eye Ltd v Beavis. Bastards. See it as a game appeal and appeal then offer £1.00 per week. Under common law the contract should have been clear and agreed to. You cannot contract some one by deception. Bore them to death with your arguments.

@lowercase00 @sainsburys They can. Things have changed. In the old days I would've ignored it. There's a few stages I have to go through, but if it comes to it and Sainsbury's and POPLA don't see sense and all else fails I'll take it to small claims court and let a judge decide. This is exploitation!

@iSlimfit It's not a bill its a statement. It arrives in an envelope with a window "of opportunity (theirs). It is meaningless and I throw mine in the bin every year. In fact I've just done it htis morning!

Council tax is the boldest bill in the UK. You pay it whether you use the services or not, it goes up every April without asking, and if you miss it they escalate faster than any other creditor.

It’s about to happen. When you get the money don’t tell anyone. Take a moment for yourself and reflect on the journey it took to reach this point. This is greater than you.

@westbeverley @Prolotario1 Because people are still driven by a need to help others, to make, create, design have purpose. Communities will have big green houses, grow cook, share a meal. Natural selection via wealth will drop work that has no purpose and propel that which does.

@Prolotario1 If everyone has money, then no one has to work - how will we have food? What if something needs fixing on our houses? I can't seem to wrap my head around this.

As I have been alluding to sometimes in great detail that D. Trump wants everything wrapped up before July 4th. And the announcement of the new US Treasury dollar further confirms my points about that. This is what you will get at your currency exchanges. ~No More Fiat USD

The sun starts to rise towards mid-archway now as we head towards Summer. The first one I have had this year as it was so quiet up there this morning. Taken in St Michael's tower on Glastonbury Tor.

@procurementfile I was a nursery manager for 26 yrs. Every term we had to do a ‘headcount’ to claim funding from the local authority. We had to enter child’s name, DOB, address, number of hrs per week & weeks per term. It would be very difficult to claim for non existent places.

Barnet Council paid £31million to nurseries in ‘24/5.* According to Ofsted, a number of these nurseries are registered as ‘Closed’. This needs clarification; were any payments made after they had closed? ‘Play and Learn Day Nursery’ was paid £251k over 54 transactions. 🧵1/5

@BlueWaterEarth Oh jeez that's soul destroying. I hate stuff like that. Car keyers should lose a hand. Maybe that's just me. They've just thoughtfully put my space up £240 a year in a cost of living crisis and added 35% to the service charge per month.

@BobFromAccounts I’m not driving. I’m taking the tube, but I’ve spoken to two people this morning who have to drive for their work and they are having a terrible time, I presume as you don’t drive you don’t shop or eat either?

If you are going to close a major artery in & out of London, then it *might* help if you ensure that other roads in the area are not closed/restricted as well. West London is in gridlock at the moment, someone has effed up.

@landlord_secret Apart from short term work contract's no 1 needs rented housing. What u are a part of is a transfer of property ownership back 2the people. The standard of housing in all markets in the UK is often poor, exploited through banks, H/A's L/A's banks and legal professions. It's over.

Meanwhile, while I'm also selling - I've shared how the big boys of Build to Rent are now dialing back. Govt policies are scaring off investment in the sector. Renting out property today feels like a Kafkaesque nightmare telegraph.co.uk/money/property…
