@DrPaulaGordon @ebmgatineau Yes! But BC needs capacity to do quick diagnostic follow up imaging when called for. Patients in BC are asked to wait 3 months for a biopsy.

Ask a patient: If early detection gave you the opportunity to avoid mastectomy, chemotherapy and lymphedema, would you be willing to risk a false alarm (being recalled and finding out you don't have cancer) and theoretical overdiagnosis? Replies welcome. @ebmgatineau #canpoli
