@BootsUK I made a complaint, and apparently my complaint can only be responded to if I supply: my full name, DOB, full address, amongst other information. Do you need my passport and blood type too? Why the need for so much information? Seems excessive. I think ICO would agree

Over the last week I’ve had 3 separate parcels labelled and delivered fo me by @evrisupportline that I didn’t order. Tried getting in touch with evri so that these customers might get their goods but all I got was a bot response. Poor customer experience for everyone involved

@virginmedia have on two separate occasions told my elderly father that they will pick up their equipment, made him wait in for the 4 hour slot, not turned up and then sent him letters threatening a fine. Sort this out asap please.

I’ve been duped by @virginmedia and @o2. Was sold a Volt package yet none of the extras are available and my bill hasn’t reduced as promised. The only change they successfully made was thing me in for another 18 months. What kind of customer experience is this?

@virginmedia Yes, the sim is from o2, although I’ve had the contract a year. I renewed with Virgin at the end of May with appt benefits, which are activated via o2 app. O2 are saying I need to have a mobile phone with virgin to be eligible, which isn’t what virgin told me. What a mess.

@iamxenny I know! This was about 10 years ago, my first time interviewing with senior leadership for a job in a large MNC. When they pointed it out I was mortified. I think they found it quite funny!

#dearintern For years I used a CV without changing the “Interests” section where it said “Volunteering in Kampala, Uganda where I disabled and orphaned children.” It wasn’t until I was in an interview and was asked about it that I realised I left out the word “taught”

@SharkHomeUK was very excited about my hairdryer arriving for my birthday. Ruined by the abysmal service of your delivery partners @DPDgroup_news. Driver delivered to a neighbour but didn’t attempt mine (I saw happening). Contacted DPD just to be ignored by customer service.

@SharkHomeUK @DPDgroup_news No luck so far. Still talking to the bots. Do DPD still hire humans to manage customer experience? Can’t spend another day waiting for indecisive drivers and bad customer service, so will let you know if I love it, if I ever get it!
