Palestinians are more "pure" than you. "Ancient populations of the Levant (Southern Levant, including modern Israel, Palestine, Lebanon, and Jordan) during the Bronze Age — known archaeologically as Canaanites — formed from a mixture of local Neolithic Levantine farmers and groups related to Chalcolithic Zagros/Iran or Caucasus populations (roughly 48–57% local Neolithic ancestry). Genetic continuity to modern groups. These Bronze Age Levantine (Canaanite-related) populations show strong genetic continuity with present-day Levantine peoples, with little evidence of complete population replacement. Key findings from major studies (Haber et al. 2017; Agranat-Tamir et al. 2020 in Cell): Lebanese: Highest continuity — often >90% ancestry from Canaanite-related sources, with only minor later Eurasian admixture (~7%). Palestinians and other Levantine Arabic-speaking groups (e.g., Jordanians, Syrians, Druze): Typically 81–87% (or more in some models) ancestry from Bronze/Iron Age Levantines (Canaanite-like), plus smaller components from East Africa (8–12%) and Europe (5–10%). Jewish groups (most Ashkenazi, Sephardi, Mizrahi, and other diaspora communities): Generally more than 50% ancestry linked to Bronze Age Southern Levant populations, with additional admixture from European, West Asian, or other sources depending on the specific community (higher Levantine component in many Mizrahi groups). Overall pattern modern Levantine populations (Lebanese, Palestinians, Jews, and neighboring groups) derive a substantial core ancestry (often 50% or much higher) from the ancient Canaanite/Levantine gene pool. Historical events (conquests, migrations, Arabization, and diasporas) introduced smaller admixtures and cultural/linguistic shifts, but the primary genetic foundation remained local and continuous since at least the Bronze Age. In short, the ancient Levantine populations evolved into today’s Levantine peoples through gradual admixture and cultural change rather than wholesale replacement."

One last thing about the false genocide claim against Israel: Israel has the most sophisticated warning system of any military in the world. The HLMG, the High-Level Military Group, a collection of generals and officers from Western armies all over the world, has submitted a brief to the ICC, the International Criminal Court, about this warning system. The warning system resulted in the movement of literally 1.2 million Palestinians out of harm's way during the Rafah invasion—pushing them to a camp that was created by Israel with food purveyors, medicine providers, housing, and a polio vaccination campaign. Israel brought its doctors into a war zone and vaccinated roughly 99% of the children in Gaza. Ask yourself this question: Would the Nazis have gone through that trouble to vaccinate the Jewish kids before they were being pushed into the gas chambers? The question is absurd even to ask it. The HLMG says: "Not only is the warning system the most sophisticated warning system in the world, which has resulted—contrary to what Hamas intended—the safety, security, and preservation of millions of Palestinian lives. But it is also a warning system that none of our western populations would ever allow our own armies to implement." Why? Because when you warn the enemy every morning where you are going to send your soldiers so that the civilian population can get out of the way, your enemy knows you're coming. It lays mines and booby traps. It can create ambushes and lay in wait. This is extremely controversial in Israel, as you may imagine. If Israel wanted to commit a true genocide, it has complete air superiority over Gaza, the most sophisticated air force as you've seen, maybe other than the United States, pound-for-pound the world has ever known. Gaza could have been flattened into a parking lot overnight without risking a single Israeli life. But in the end, Israel chose to send into Gaza thousands of its sons and daughters, over 700 of whom never came home.

Your DNA is worth nothing and you own nothing. Stop lying! Palestine Archiological Facts: Prehistoric periods (before 3300 BCE) Paleolithic to Epipaleolithic: Early modern humans and Neanderthals; Natufian culture (~12,500–9,500 BCE) with semi-sedentary villages and early plant processing. Neolithic (~10,000–4,500 BCE): Transition to agriculture, animal domestication, and permanent settlements (e.g., Jericho with early fortifications). Chalcolithic (~4,500–3,300 BCE): Copper use, Ghassulian culture in the south, villages with mixed farming. These represent local ancestral populations with genetic continuity into later eras.Bronze Age (3300–1200 BCE) Canaanites: Dominant urban culture with fortified city-states (e.g., Megiddo, Hazor, Lachish). Distinct pottery, temples, and proto-Canaanite writing. Genetic studies show they descended from local Neolithic groups mixed with Zagros/Caucasus-related migrants. Strong continuity across the region. Late Bronze to Iron Age transition (~1200 BCE onward) Collapse of urban centers, followed by new groups. Philistines (part of Sea Peoples): Aegean-influenced culture on the southern coast (e.g., Ashkelon, Ekron) with distinctive Mycenaean-style pottery and architecture. Ancient DNA confirms European/Aegean admixture mixed with local Levantine ancestry. Phoenicians: Coastal continuation of Canaanite culture in the north, with advanced seafaring and alphabet. Proto-Israelites / Israelites: Emergence in the central highlands with new village patterns, simple pottery, and avoidance of pork in some sites. Developed into kingdoms of Israel (north) and Judah (south) in Iron Age II. Iron Age II and later kingdoms (~1000–586 BCE) Regional kingdoms: Israel, Judah, plus Ammonites, Moabites, and Edomites in Transjordan, each with distinct pottery, inscriptions, and urban centers. Assyrian and Babylonian conquests left destruction layers. Classical periods Persian (539–332 BCE): Local continuity under imperial administration. Hellenistic (332–63 BCE): Greek cultural influence, new cities, and mixed material culture. Roman / Byzantine (63 BCE–640 CE): Roman infrastructure, Herodian monuments, later Christianization with churches and mosaics. Population remained largely local with added administrative layers. Key archaeological insights High genetic and cultural continuity from Neolithic/Chalcolithic through Bronze Age Canaanites into later populations. Migrations (e.g., Philistines) added admixture but did not replace locals. The region was a crossroads, leading to layered influences from Egypt, Mesopotamia, Anatolia, and the Aegean, but with persistent Levantine core ancestry. This sequence reflects gradual evolution, assimilation, and occasional influxes rather than total population replacements

The first false claim about Israel that I address in my forthcoming book, Israel on Trial: Examining the History, the Evidence, and the Law, is that Jews are colonizers in the land of Israel. What's the legal principle here? A man cannot trespass into his own home. So, whose home is it? The book in chapter one deals with the colonialist claim by outlining three different kinds of evidence outside of the Bible. Why three different kinds of evidence? Because in the courtroom we tell the jurors that one kind of evidence is good, two kind of evidence is great, three kinds of evidence—if they're independent and they didn't know each other and their incentive structure is such that they're not incentivized to create a story, and they intersect and corroborate one another—that means a great deal. So, what are the three pieces of evidence that we know can have no perverse incentive in this case? 1. Rocks in the ground, archeology from thousands of years ago. 2. Words on the page, documentary proof from hundreds or thousands of years ago. 3. And blood in the veins, DNA evidence that cannot be misconstrued. Let's go through a couple examples: 1. Josephus, the ancient historian of the first century, Jewish general turned priest turned Roman historian for the Emperor Vespasian, he writes, just like the Bible does, that in the temple in Jerusalem, there was a place with a stone that directed the priests where to walk on top of the parapet in order to trumpet to the citizenry in Jerusalem that the Sabbath/Shabbat was here, every Friday night, and that the Sabbath/Shabbat had closed every Saturday evening. And he tells us what it said in Hebrew: "To the place of trumpeting." And that there was no arrow, okay, the priests weren't stupid, but that was what it said in the stone. 2. Can we corroborate what Josephus wrote? Folks, the Israel Antiquities Authorities has recovered not one, but two such stones. You can see them for yourselves on the internet. They're amazing, because the stone itself is blemished, but the actual Hebrew writing is not only intact, but so crisp and clear and unambiguous that even my children, who are Jewish Day School, can read it today, 2,000 years later. And in Hebrew letters, those rocks on the ground, corroborating the words on the page say, "To the place of trumpeting." By the way, again, when we scrutinize incentives, these stones were written and they were placed thousands of years ago, long before there was ever such a thing as a Palestinian, long before there was ever such a thing as Muslim Arabs. Islam, remember, wasn't created until 610 AD. Muhammad himself isn't born until 570 AD. That means he is born exactly 500 years, to the letter, after the temple on which this stone was placed was destroyed. When a story, we tell jurors in the law all the time, when a story was created long before the dispute in question arose, we give it special credibility. You didn't know there was gonna be a lawsuit 10 years from now, so what you said 10 years ago matters a great deal. . We just had a well-known, I guess you could call him a commentator on TV, Tucker Carlson, interview the U.S. Ambassador to Israel, Mike Huckabee, about this claim that Jews should have to have DNA tests before they can live in Israel. Even on its own terms, this claim fails, because the fact of the matter is that dozens of genetic studies have been conducted on the major Jewish populations around the world, the Syrian Jews, the Iraqi and Iranian Jews, the Ashkenazi Jews of Europe, etc... And these studies have all confirmed that not only are all of the major Jewish populations in the world are connected to one another, but that all our DNA also comes from one place 2,000 years ago, and that place is the Levant, the Middle East, where Israel is today. These tests show that of all the major Jewish populations in the world, the Iranian-Iraqi branch, the Persian branch, so to speak, is the furthest removed genetically from all the rest of us. Which is to say that I, being an Ashkenazi Jew, am closer in my DNA to a Syrian Jew, a Moroccan Jew, and an Italian Jew, than a Syrian or Moroccan Jew is to an Iraqi or Iranian Jew. Why does that matter? Remember your Bible. Remember what the rocks in the ground show. In 586 B.C., the Babylonians, Nebuchadnezzar II conquer most of the Middle East, including the land of Israel and the Jews, and they push the Jews into exile in Babylon, where we lived for less than 50 years. Because in 539 B.C., Cyrus II, the emperor of the Achaemenid or Persian Empire, he defeats the descendants of Nebuchadnezzar in battle, a hapless guy named Nabonidus, and he takes most of their possessions, including the land of Israel. But he has a different view of all of this, reflected on the Cyrus Cylinder, which you may have heard of, very famous archeological object, which corroborates what the Book of Ezra says, that he sent all of the people he had conquered back to their homelands to rebuild their temples and to reinstitute their sacred cults. That's what he did with the Jews. That's what the Book of Ezra tells us. And by the tens of thousands, the Jews went back to Jerusalem and rebuilt the temple, what we call the Second Temple, which is the same temple where 600 years later, the Romans would destroy it and the Parapet Stone would fall, which said, "To the place of trumpeting." All of it is connected. And so why is that important when it comes to testing the DNA? Because remember what I told you, the DNA shows that those Jews from Iran and Iraq are the furthest removed. Why? Because the Bible tells us and the archeological record tells us, and in fact, the Talmud tells us, there are two Talmuds, one from Israel, one from Babylon, that some percentage of the Jews, some say as many as half or more, said, "Oh, we're doing pretty well here in Cyrus' Persia. We're not going back." And they stayed. They wrote the Babylonian Talmud. They built vibrant Jewish communities in Iran and Iraq, many of which stayed undisturbed until the 1960s when most Jews were pushed out of the Middle East and fled to Israel. On the other hand, the Jews that left and rebuilt the Second Temple, they spread all throughout the world after the destruction of the Second Temple by the Romans in 70 AD. They formed the Jewish communities we know today in America, South America, Europe. So all those Jewish communities are closely tied with one another because they're descended from the Jews that went back. And what do the DNA tests show? Not just that all the other major Jewish populations of the world are more closely linked than they are to the Iranian-Iraqi Jews, but that the time where the DNA split between all the other Jewish populations of the world and the Persian-Jewish population was between 100-150 generations ago. If you factor in the average age that people lived to over the course of the last 100-150 generations, it's 2,500 years. That means that the split happened 2,500 years ago, corroborating exactly, with blood in the veins, the story from the Bible and the rocks in the ground, that 2,500 years ago, in the 500s B.C., Cyrus sent some of the Jews back to reconstruct their temple in Jerusalem, whereas some of them stayed behind. This is how we use evidence, logic, and law to deconstruct a false claim about Israel.

Facts! Jewish population living in: "Germany (1932/1933): Approximately 523,000 Jews at the end of 1932 / beginning of 1933. The census of June 1933 recorded about 505,000 (the reduction was due to initial emigration after the Nazis rose to power). Poland (1932): The Polish census of 1931 recorded 3,113,933 Jews (by religion). In 1932, the estimate was around 3,150,000." "English of the main pre-WWII publications mentioning "6 million Jews": 1900–1910s: Zionist speeches and articles (e.g., Stephen S. Wise in New York Times, 1900) referred to "6,000,000 living, bleeding, suffering" Jews in Eastern Europe as arguments for Zionism, highlighting persecution and pogroms. 1915–1918 (WWI period): New York Times and other papers reported "six million Jews" in the war zone (Russia, Poland) facing starvation, misery, ruin, and danger, calling for American aid. Example: "Six million souls will need help to resume normal life" after the war. 1919: The American Hebrew (article by Martin H. Glynn) used "six million men and women" dying from lack of necessities, pogroms, and "bigoted lust for Jewish blood," referring to it as a threatened "holocaust" of human life. Other outlets warned of Jews in Poland, Lithuania, etc., "dying of starvation." 1921: New York Times headline: "Begs America Save 6,000,000 in Russia" — Russia's 6,000,000 Jews facing extermination by massacre and famine amid pogroms and Soviet instability. General context (up to 1930s): The figure was a rounded estimate of the Jewish population in Eastern Europe (based on Russian census ~5.1 million + nearby areas), used in relief appeals, encyclopedias, and Zionist advocacy to describe ongoing suffering, persecution, poverty, and risk of mass death — not an actual extermination of 6 million already occurred."

The real Semitics: "Palestinians (native Levantine population) genetic ancestry:Autosomal DNA: High continuity with ancient inhabitants. Studies of Bronze Age Southern Levant DNA (Cell, 2020) model modern Palestinians as deriving 81–87% ancestry from Bronze Age Levantine/Canaanite-related populations (local Neolithic + Zagros/Caucasus influence pre-2400 BCE), plus minor 8–12% East African and 5–10% Bronze Age European components. No evidence of large-scale population replacement; genetic link to Canaanites/Iron Age Levantines is primary and stronger than in groups with heavy European admixture."

Facts are not hate or conspiracy. Educate your self. *From a initial population estimated of 300 individual. "Ashkenazi Jews genetic ancestry (from ancient DNA studies):Autosomal DNA: Mixed. Medieval Erfurt samples (14th century) show 19–43% Middle Eastern/Levant-related ancestry + 37–65% Southern European (mainly Italian-like), with some Eastern European in subgroups. Modern Ashkenazim derive from this mixture after a severe population bottleneck. Levantine component is significant but not majority; strong continuity in paternal lines (Y-DNA haplogroups J1/J2/E common, shared with Levant populations). Maternal lines (mtDNA) are predominantly European. "Although there is evidence that the ruling elite of the Khazars had converted to Rabbinic Judaism in the 8th century,[19] the scope of the conversion to Judaism within the khanate remains uncertain."
