Honestly if you don’t have a computer science background with years of software experience you should not be commenting on blockchains. You are probably investing and commenting on the native token prices which have charts and dollar price pairs completely disconnected from the software and which are completely centrally manipulated and totally unregulated. Focus on the technologists building and installing the software. To the haters: My credentials are all public. I was on the team that built the first distributed systems. We knew what was coming and it’s happening exactly as we predicted with Moore’s Law and IBRL. What we didn’t see was the level of corruption in the dollar pricing which was left unregulated by Gensler for years. We are only beginning to recover from this oversight. Paul Atkins and David Sachs get it and are working their asses off to fix this disconnect and bring hygiene to the asset class. What we didn’t see was the insane pushback from the banking lobby (we should have seen this) who have everything to lose at the cost of progress and efficiency. Never bet against technology. This is the technology that fixes almost all social and cultural problems which all arise from economic failures and tradfi inefficiencies.
