@Halfords_uk hey, when you do MOTs, it would be great if you could work through them in the slot assigned and then let the owner drive them once done. Having to wait until the end of the hour is about as customer unfriendly as you could make it!

Not quite, but we will have a way for you to limit your EV charging each day to only 6 hours when we make the updates. If you don't use this option, you plug in at 17:30, and we give you extra smart slots before 23:30, your whole home enjoys the off-peak rate during those slots. However, any EV charging that goes beyond that 6-hour total limit will be billed at the standard rate, even if those extra hours happen during the overnight window. 🐙⚡️

@LeShuttle why have we just been charged an additional £30 for changing the car on our booking from a Model 3 to a Model Y? The reason given was it's a larger car, but it's only 5cm longer...?

@OctopusEnergy I've just had an email from you saying you've "discovered" over £500 of unbilled electricity!!! We have solar and battery and use the Intelligent EV Go. Something feels off here, and there is zero explanation on the email

IO Go optimises charging EVs at the greenest/cheapest grid times, so it’s all about the EV/charger type. If you’ve solar panels, it might be worth checking out IO Flux instead as it pairs with GivEnergy, Enphase, SolarEdge, & Tesla batteries, charging when prices are lowest & discharging during the typical peak demand period (4-7pm).
