@ArtTakesNote You gotta have 7 or 8 high level guys to compete in the playoffs and you have to have flexibility to play different ways. Any of the 3 guys we’re talking about would give us that because we have other flexible players in our core six. All six are going to play a ton.

@JeffBiesinger @ArtTakesNote I just do not care at all about fit with this pick. Watch the playoffs. You need 7-8 high level guys to win and give you options of how to play. Any of the 3 guys we’re talking about would give us that. All of our core six are going to play a ton. We still need to find 2 more.

@ArtTakesNote Trip isn’t a center. He really struggles at center. The Jazz can get away with it for a few minutes a game, but relying on it consistently will not be good.

I will expound on this on our next podcast episode but I’ve been thinking a lot about this lineup lately: PG - Keyonte George SG - Ace Bailey SF - Lauri Markkanen PF - Cam Boozer C - Jaren Jackson Jr Every single player in that lineup can shoot the ball. Jaren struggles with rebounding but guess what you have Cam who is an amazing rebounder to go along with Lauri and Ace who is very good rebounder for his position as well. Cam struggles with rim protection but guess what you have one of the best rim protectors next to him in Jaren. You still pay Walker Kessler and have him come off the bench to absolutely mash on second units. He would also finish games from time to time depending on matchups. Cam unlocks a lot of lineups in ways that AJ Dybantsa or Darryn Peterson can’t due to his passing ability and positional versatility.

@getsit @JeffGSpursZone The Jazz traded the house to get JJJ with the vision of teaming him in the front court with Luke Kornet.

@JeffGSpursZone The Jazz weren’t going to give you Lauri for nothing then and they’re certainly not going to help your team now

@whoistayvis Can someone explain the Taylor Swift thing to me? It’s like medieval times. Our section is rooting for the green knight tonight? Cool. Let’s have fun.

@312SportsChi When we watched them go 20-3 what showed us they were going to fall apart. Sports are weird.

Is it time to panic about the Cubs missing the playoffs? "It's hard not to panic. The saving grace is they're .500 and it's June 11th, so should I panic? No, because there's a lot of baseball games to play but when you just watch this team, what shows you that things are gonna turn around?"

@SamOlbur Let’s go Seiya. Get cooking and let’s turn this thing around. There is certainly more time left in this season than there was in that Knick game last night.

The Spurs know how to TAKE the lead, they just don't know how to HOLD the lead. And that's really the most important part of the lead: the holding

@JesseRogersESPN One of the more stunning and inexplicable things I’ve seen as a baseball fan. How can the same players be so good and then so bad that fast.

After reaching a high mark of 27-12 on May 8, the Cubs wake up a .500 team -- having gone 7-22 since then. On that day they were 1st in OBP, 4th in home runs, and 7th in starter's ERA. SINCE then: 26th in OBP, 24th in home runs and 29th in ERA. A shocking reversal to their season

History usually repeats itself. San Antonio is going to be so disgustingly hungry next season, we could probably see one of the most legendaries regular seasons next season. This is going to sting

@getsit Spurs never recover from this and never return to the finals. I’m calling my shot. Their window just closed. Shortest non dynasty in history. I’m speaking it into existence!
