When they say they are going to communicate through their outage map, and then their outage map has no actual information, they need to communicate with the public. And they aren't. Not enough at least

We're working hard to get the lights back on for all our customers affected by the recent storm. Despite significant damage, our crews are making progress in getting substations back online and breakers closing. 1/2

(Have other resources for that) I’ve been out of water for 4 days before and that was WAY worse. Perspectives matter. Yours bites.

For the safety of the crews they sometimes don’t share “everything”. We are humans, we’ve managed to forget how to adapt when nature rages.

Tues. night all were blocked by multiple down trees. These would not be managed by vegetation control. Took me 8 hr. To get home.

ALL of the local utilities are incredibly overwhelmed by a storm that happens rarely. 700K customers out is more than double the typical “major” wind storm event. I’m with a different Electrical Utility but I’m still out of power since Tues.

@Gear_skull @PSETalk There are crews all over. Sometimes restoring one person is as simple as closing a breaker that opened. Larger outages sometimes require more repair and parts. They need flaggers, tree companies to clear down trees and lots of moving parts. My powers out 56 hrs. Different utility

@PSETalk Just get the power back on! Maybe don't keep sending crews to outages with one customer affected and actually focus on the HUGE OUTAGES that still exist and are still affecting hundreds and thousands of people. Mismanagement at its best.
