@mlharris14@Arnie_Wheeler@seetickets@TicketmasterCS From what I can see there are plenty of people wanting front standing - why they can’t release my place and give me general access is beyond me! I would understand it if I was wanting to be moved to the front
@samross72@Arnie_Wheeler@seetickets@TicketmasterCS Yeah your case is even worse given that you didn't 'opt in' in the first place! The whole thing is a disgrace. This was not made clear on the original email otherwise groups that didn't want to be split up wouldn't have risked it!
@seetickets 5th time asking. If you have Front Standing tickets at Oasis Heaton Park can you also access the GA area?
If not, are you allowed to trade a Front Standing ticket for a GA ticket? Loads of people have been split up due to this. Massive issue!
@Arnie_Wheeler@samross72@seetickets I've just had this response from Seetickets. It's an absolute disgrace! I've already spoken to the MEN about this and they said they're going to pick the story up next week
@TicketmasterCS Ticketmaster email:
Thanks for getting in touch.
All ticket allocations for Heaton Park have now been finalised. Please note that these allocations are final - your tickets will only gain you access to the area specified - and we’re unable to make any changes.
@TicketmasterCS Surely this is not compatible with the Consumer Rights Act 2015, particularly around:
Misleading or omitted information (Schedule 2, unfair terms),
Right to services as described, and a lack of informed consent for a substantial change to my ticket.
@TicketmasterCS I have been told today by a Ticketmaster customer service representative that my front standing ticket for oasis on 12th July cannot be changed to general access, DESPITE not opting in to the ballot and it being a mistake by TM.
@mlharris14@seetickets This is the response:
All ticket allocations for Heaton Park have now been finalised.
Please note that these allocations are final - your tickets will only gain you access to the area specified - and we’re unable to make any changes.
@mlharris14@seetickets My understanding is there will be a separate entrance for the two areas and there is no movement between. It particularly frustrating when we did not opt into the ballot in the first place - to avoid this very issue
@BFCDrinkers@samross72@TicketmasterCS Maybe she wants to be with friends who didn't get in. I'm in a group of 12 that have been split so I'm also wondering the same thing.
@O2 Hi - I am trying to get O2 priority tickets for Hard Life in Newcastle which have gone on sale today. The link in the priority app takes me to Gigs and Tours but then asks for a promotional code. How do I get this as there is only a link?
I am voting to get the Tories out…
For my grandma:
Who died alone of Covid in hospital, separated from her family. Her last words forever lost.
For my Dad:
Who underwent cancer treatment in hospital alone. Putting on a brave face so his family would think he’s okay.
For my NHS colleagues:
Who put their lives at risk to care for Covid patients, armed with only flimsy masks & bin bags for PPE
We died alone, suffered alone, grieved alone….
Whilst the Tories laughed at us & partied
They fucking partied!!
I will never forget & never forgive
Let’s obliterate them in this election!
@TicketmasterCS I have tickets for the Weeknd at Manchester Etihad - the ticket says Section: Manage Row A but I can’t see where that is on the seating plan. Could you advise please?

@Argos_Online Experiencing very poor customer service. Preordered an XBox X series on the 22nd September and was charged twice. I have been told that someone from the Finance team would contact me within 24 hours 4 times - no call and still no refund. #disappointed
Tony Blair: This deal doesn’t end the Brexit saga, which will define our country for generations. You don’t take a decision of destiny through a spasm of impatience. Parliament should vote this deal down, get an extension & then the British people should take the final decision.
