Americans For Tax Fairness
One of the coolest parts about Elizabeth Warren's ULTRA-MILLIONAIRE TAX ACT? It makes the IRS audit at least 30% of the 260,000 ultra-wealthy households affected each year to make sure they're paying.

One thing I dislike intensely about Israel discourse in America is how it is considered something only Jews get to discuss. It's not. All Americans need be able to talk about Israel openly and what a huge problem it is for our country without being accused of antisemitism.

Worth repeating: Wall Street prefers selling high margin, opaque products over low margin, transparent products .... Private credit is another example of this. Just look at the money extracted from investors in this opaque product.
Bob Elliott@BobEUnlimited

Don't forget that private credit became hot b/c everyone got paid handsomely vs investor friendly products like ETFs. - Service providers charged 5-10x ETF costs - Managers earned 4x+ the fees vs credit ETFs. - Many advisors got loads and ongoing servicing fees vs zero w/ETFs.

Democratic senators: It's time to draw a line in the sand. A nominee for Attorney General will soon come before you. Make the confirmation process about releasing ALL of the Epstein files (without redactions) and prosecuting the Epstein class. Trump’s nominee should be pressed hard to commit to those two specific actions. While the administration continues its cover up, Democrats must be relentless in our commitment to pursue truth and accountability. Credit to @RoKhanna for again leading the charge on this. Fight, don't fold.

Nope, here are some figures: Private credit 3.5trn ball park. This is everything (real estate finance, infra finance, specialty fin etc) Direct lending: 1.6trn ballpark Direct lending packaged in liquid vehicles (nt bdc, interval funds, evergreen): 15%ish. This is where we an issue right now. The vast majority of private credit is in drawdown vehicles.
Lukas Ekwueme@ekwufinance

While the world is distracted by the Iran war, private credit is blowing up - BlackRock limits withdrawals - Blue Owl has restricted withdrawals - Morgan Stanley limits withdrawals This is a ~$2T market... With an expected surge in inflation due to supply disruption, expect this situation to worsen.

WHY EPSTEIN MATTERS How many billions did Jeffrey Epstein's child gRape influence operation generate? Hundreds of billions. Maybe trillions. And the banks all helped him do it. All that "wealth" is ill gotten. It was extracted from the lifeblood of working Americans -- sucked out of their veins by white collar, corporate leeches. All those untold billions? It's not wealth. It's stolen property. They gave us a shopping mall hologram of American Dream, while they, like locusts, emptied the core of our American economy and left us a service economy, strip mall labor colony. All that stolen wealth belongs to working Americans. These leeches have been sucking the wealth out of the middle and working class for decades. It's time for that to stop. No more racketeering. No more price fixing. No more collusion. It ends here. The racket ends here, when we remove Lindsey Graham on June 9th.
