Friends - May! Mental Awareness Month! Fuck what are the other 11 months? Do not suffer in silence anymore!! So many of us face PTSD, Depression, anxiety, etc.. alone by ourselves. Stop it! Talk about, tweet about it, sing about it, dance about it, but fucking embrace it. It means you/we have all been through something and we came out the other side a different person. But we are still here for a reason. Do not let you're mental illness consume you. Use it as a coat of armor, as a sword, as a shoulder for others to lean on. Because if you fight it the traditional way, you will lose. None of us go through life immune to hardship. But it is how we respond, not react to it. There is no wrong or right way. But if you bottle it up inside and do not let it out then your journey in life will be miserable. I fucking love you all from a flawed vulnerable humbled man who cares and is tired of seeing people suffer. #MentalHealthAwarenessMonth
