It’s all about fairness for everyone across the Commonwealth. My bill would stop organizations that restrict housing & membership based on race, color, national origin or ancestry. The bill would also ban discrimination based on sexual orientation, gender identity or expression.

I've shown that part to you. This bill just clarified it yet again so it's written in black and white for them.

But if it’s private property legal loophole or not,people with private property have the right to do what they want with it. If it’s becomes public w.ever then that would be discrimination.

It’s unfortunate that today’s planned meeting with the Senate HELP Committee was cancelled after Democrats broke the agreement for a candid, closed door conversation and invited press. I’m always open to transparency — I spent hours testifying publicly yesterday. It’s disappointing that instead of a productive conversation about the state of our nation’s students and the steps we’re taking at the Department of Education to reverse this trend and break up the bureaucracy, this became about producing another media clip for MSNBC.

@two_plus_twins @micah_erfan No you are ignoring why someone would have a gender identity other than their sex. It is because they “believe” they are not because they are. The text of this bill will allow for men who believe they are women to (Transwomen) to enter women only spaces.

The bill defines gender identity/expression with examples of identity, appearance, mannerisms. “Belief” isn’t listed or implied. That’s your addition, not the law. Regardless, you'd make a shit lawyer.
