‼️ Hezbollah delivers one of the worst beatings of the war. The story of Israeli elite unit ambushed hard on the Litani River, as reported by Israeli Channel 12: ‘An Israeli soldier from the elite Yahalom unit described the ambush on the Litani River opposite Beaufort Castle: "I have been fighting for nearly three years, & I have never seen firepower like this in my life." Hezbollah unleashed around 400 rockets & shells in minutes, including cluster munitions. Soldiers could not lift their heads. They were crawling on the ground just to retreat. Most of the force was hit within minutes, including a lieutenant colonel with serious wounds. It turned into a major mass casualty event. Fighters called it the hardest battle they have ever faced, worse than Gaza or last year's Lebanon operations. One soldier said: "You lie on the ground, crawling to treat the wounded, while your whole body shakes from explosions that never stop." Due to the heavy losses, commanders ordered an immediate withdrawal & abandoned the mission. They even left behind valuable Yahalom engineering equipment. The decision was approved at the highest levels by Northern Command & the Chief of Staff. After pulling out, Hezbollah walked in broad daylight, photographed the vehicles, & seized some of the gear. No Israeli strike came to destroy it. Senior Israeli officers are calling this one of the worst operational and intelligence failures of the entire war.’

What is astonishing is the fact that, by most measures, prisons aren't effective at reducing crime rates, preventing recidivism, or deterring crime - and yet people are still so deeply and emotionally attached to them. It's one of the biggest scams of modern society.

Oh, this is unbelievable. The edit history on this tweet shows that Pakistan Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif originally copied and pasted everything he was sent, including: "*Draft - Pakistan's PM Message on X*" Now, obviously, Sharif's own staff don't call him "Pakistan's PM," they would just call him prime minister. The U.S. and Israel, of course, would call him "Pakistan's PM." Would be funny if the fate of the world wasn't hanging in the balance.

@umberghauri @the_andrey_x They were organized for one business day at a time. There were several. I’m not sure how many people participated, but I estimate at least in the thousands. The LUSH stores participated by shutting down for the day.

I'm not joking. 1) Get together with a group of close friends 2) Read up on direct action methods 3) Get on the streets and deal economic damage And stop coming in to work. If enough people do this, you can shut down the economy of the entire country. Be careful and good luck.

A country that has nuclear weapons is threatening to use its nuclear weapons on the country it won’t allow to have nuclear weapons because if they had nuclear weapons they would ‘use them.’

a reminder that nothing has entered gaza in SEVERAL WEEKS. there is barely anything available to eat for 2 million people and whatever there is, the prices are unaffordable. on top of that, survival campaigns are all stagnant!!

No you don’t get it when Trump says “a whole civilization will die tonight” he is being hyperbolic and posturing unlike when Iran says “death to America” which is actually a very serious threat and should definitely serve as the basis for an invasion

UN peacekeepers in Lebanon are finding their job increasingly obstructed. In the past two weeks, they’ve come under several attacks; three have been killed, others injured and threatened..in the latest incident, an Israeli soldier inside Lebanese territory detained a peacekeeper - this despite their ‘protected status’. In ordinary times, this wd cause int outrage. These aren’t ordinary times

BREAKING: B-52 bombers are departing RAF Fairford in the UK, with multiple aircraft fueled and loaded on the tarmac. The first B-52 departed around 3 hours ago. A 6 to 7 hour combat flight from Fairford to Iran would put the lead aircraft in striking range approximately 2 hours before Trump's 8 PM ET deadline expires.
