जब तक गिफ्ट निफ्टी नहीं खुलती , F&O ट्रेडर का पूरा संडे बेचेनी से निकलने वाला है , बीवी बच्चे संडे घूमने जाने की बात करेंगे तो ट्रेडर चिड़चिड़ाहट करते हुवे डाट लगा देगा ! कोई दोस्त बस इतना सा पूछ ले कि क्या हाल है ? तो अपनी झल्लाहट वाली रिप्लाई से दोस्तों का हुलिया बिगाड देगा ! दिन भर तेजड़ीयों के ट्वीट देख देख कर मन को सांत्वना देगा , इन सब के बीच अपनी हेल्थ का जो नुक़सान करेगा , उसका तो स्टॉपलॉस भी वो नहीं लगाता! क्या F&O या इंट्राडे ट्रेडिंग करना इतना ज़रूरी है ? क्यूँ अपनी हेल्थ का सत्यानाश करने में लगे हो ? अपनी सारी ट्रेडिंग पोजीशन कट करो , जो पैसा बचा है उसे लंबी अवधि के निवेश में डाल के अपने ख़ुद के व्यापार या नौकरी पर ध्यान दो ! जो शुद्ध लंबी अवधि का निवेशक है वो वारें बफ़ेट साहब की तरह 100 साल तक स्वस्थ रहते हुवे जी सकता है और जीवन का सही मायनों में आनंद उठा सकता है ! आधा निवेशक और आधा ट्रेडर भी भले पैसे बड़े कमा ले पर अपनी हेल्थ का नुकसान तो जाने -अनजाने कर ही बैठता है ! आओ आज जो भी F&O or INTEADAY TRADER है वो हाथ में पानी लेकर क़सम खाए कि अब कभी ट्रेडिंग नहीं करेंगे और केवल लंबी अवधि के निवेशक बनेंगे ! कौन कौन तैयार है ऐसा करने के लिए ?
