@betomoedano Agree, except the first point depends on the context. Sometimes, I want a reusable (often UI) component in a single file that just copy paste and works instead of go through folders and files like utils, common, helpers... and replicate or changes that structure in other project.

Signs you're generating bad code: - A single file has more than 1,000 lines of code - Function's name is abbreviated or abstract - Code repeats in multiple places without abstraction - File/Folder name is not related to code inside it - No JSDoc or types for utility functions - Finding a file in the explorer takes more than 4 clicks - Complex pieces of code don't have comments or link to doc/issue Being aware of what good code looks like compounds. Less context window used, less money spent.

Its safe to say software developer jobs are fine despite AI I have 15 years experience in software development, and I know what to prompt, but still it takes hundreds of prompts to create an app with AI If you have 0 experience, you dont even know what to ask it. then what do you do when the app breaks ? non-devs have no chance to vibecode a production app devs on the other hand seem to get superpowers

@arkann1985 Yes. And many secret leaks comes from architecture mess. Change this and that by AI result in hardcode or many leaks.

Developer suffers from vibecode mess. User suffers from broken and inconsistent features. So please check the code before you go live. Check the network traffic wheter it leaks your private key!
