I'm glad Retroid is making good on the issue but the *actual* real problem here is that this issue is PLAINLY visible from 10 feet away.
The only logical conclusion is there literally is *no* quality assurance at all.
And I get it, Retroid and AYN have insanely thin margins.

There has been a production error with the Retroid Pocket Mini orange color, they used the wrong color glass. Future shipments will be corrected, but for those whose device already shipped they are offering free exchange for white units, or $15 if you want to keep it as-is.

@ChristianSelig If you really want something indie focused and you don’t care about portability you can get a suitable Mini PC for under $400. For example; a.co/d/ax6D57v. They do go on sale so you might even find one for $300. At $800 I’d either build or go handheld.

@virtudude @iFixRetro And for your information, I received a piece of junk for my LT which will need a LOT of work before I'll try to inject any power in it. Basically the shielding was totally rusted, potentiometers are history ( totally decay from rust ). Capacitors have apparently not leaked.

This screen is amazing! This is my first time using this OLED screen without random debug wires or having to tape it down. It's also my first time seeing the OCA panel in action.
I have a bunch of battery life tests to do tomorrow and packing design.
