@farzyness @wizzy_wiggy @bentalmi The safety stats are not there yet. That’s why it’s being held back.
English

The economics of unsupervised Robotaxi will make it insanely easy to hire for these roles until they are fully automated. Why would Tesla artifically hold this back while they are trying to ramp Optimus and Terafab, which are insanely heavy on cashflow?
Why would Tesla delay profits when they needs 10s of billions?
English

Dear Tesla Community,
I regret to inform you that those of you who made the ill-advised error of doubting me are now subject to the largest humiliation campaign in Internet History.
As of today, March 31st 2026, the global geofence for Cybercab (without steering wheel and pedals) is the below geofence.
This means that Tesla's entire global demand for Cybercab (without steering wheel and pedals) is literally confined the below area, which is at an absolute maximum 500 Cybercabs in total.
As you may be aware, but probably not because some of you are extremely retarded, Tesla is aiming for the Cybercab line to be at very high volume - to the point where the maximum throughput of the line will be more than the rest of the company's capacity combined.
This implies at least 2,000,000 Cybercabs (without steering wheel and pedals) per year.
Using this math, it means that Tesla can produce enough Cybercabs (without steering wheel and pedals) in about 2 hours to cover this entire map.
Once Tesla enters mass production of Cybercab (without steering wheel and pedals) starting tomorrow (April) - if we assume a relatively conservative S curve ramp - Tesla will have enough units produced for this entire geofence by the end of May.
As you might be able to see (I highly doubt that because some of you are extremely retarded), once Tesla reaches May production rates for Cybercab, without a gigantic breakthrough in geofence expansion, Tesla will be sitting on massive capacity of Cybercab (without steering wheel and pedals).
This means that Tesla will have spent billions of dollars on a production line (plus materials) while a) they are looking to ramp Optimus robot b) they are looking to ramp Terafab and c) they are looking to ramp compute.
As you might be able to see (which again I highly doubt because some of you are extremely retarded) this is a very bad spot for the company.
Which is why, it is absolutely inevitable, as I have repeated for multiple years, even though some of you have literally attacked me for being far smarter than you, that Tesla will have no choice but to sell a Cybercab OR a Cybercab-like vehicle with steering wheel and pedals so that the Cybercab line is not sitting idle as unsupervised Robotaxi is rolled out.
As I have argued for multiple years, the alignment of demand and supply for a vehicle without steering wheel and pedals is extremely difficult, because of a) technology progression and b) regulatory approval, ESPECIALLY if your production capacity is designed to be in the millions of units per year.
And even though I tried multiple times to give many of you countless chances to recognize that I am indeed correct, and some of you are indeed very wrong and very retarded, instead, you chose to make fun of me and "humiliate me" in front of the world.
But it is now obvious that it is me, the one who has been warning against the world against the insane retardation of some of you retards, that it is me who will ultimately be correct.
I tried so many times.
But some of you didn't want to hear it.
And now, it is my turn.
I hope you can sleep well tonight.

As this horrific and unnecessary war enters its fifth year the West and especially the United States needs to understand the truth: Putin does not want to end this war. Putin does not want peace.
Putin will not stop the slaughter until he faces much greater pressure. So for heaven’s sake let’s get on with it.
Impound his entire shadow fleet. Unfreeze all his frozen assets and give them to Ukraine. Give the Ukrainians the weapons they need to take out all the Russian drone factories.
Do all of it now. Putin will not negotiate sincerely until he feels he has no choice.
That moment could come soon. The Russian economy is reeling. Russian casualties are enormous. But on this miserable anniversary of Putin’s invasion the fundamental problem is the same as it has been for the last four years.
The Ukrainians fight like heroes while we in the West pussyfoot and delay. The West can end the war this year - if we stop pussyfooting around.

The Tesla Model S and Model X are amazing vehicles. Get them while still available!
Tesla@Tesla
As we shift to an autonomous future, Model S & X production will wind down next quarter. If you’d like to own one of them, now’s a good time to place your order. Tesla wouldn’t be what it is today without Model S & X and their (early) owners – thank you for your support over the last decade

@MKBHD @adcock_brett The car requires a specific form factor. If that form factor is being created anyway, make it a robot. Having a humanoid shaped robot drive a car would be silly though may eventually happen for older vehicles in special cases.
English

The fixed cost is a valid point. I'm still curious about how the further future looks though
Take the driving example - would you rather have a humanoid shaped robot drive the car, or have the car be the robot?
The human shape makes sense, to your point - but it's also subject to all the limitations of the human form. The blind spots. The input lag through the steering wheel. Being blinded when the sun visors aren't pulled down or the windshield wipers aren't fast enough. When the car is the robot, it can design around those limitations.
Anyway. Unlike some of the replies, I think both sides of this are fascinating 🤓
English

Marques - You’re vastly under estimating the fixed cost of building any robot
With such a large cost, the robot has to be general purpose
We designed the world for our bodies and hands - the human form is the only universal UI @MKBHd

Not sure why launching a second supervised robotaxi test in San Francisco excites $TSLA investors. Until the safety driver comes out, TSLA FSD is not fully autonomous so can’t be scaled nationally. Meanwhile UBER continues to trade just off its all-time high (YTD $UBER +50%, TSLA -22%) as the biggest beneficiary of the industry going autonomous.

@TheJordanFarley something in Texas as a test. not sure if owning real estate will suck or not. im bullish on particular area and like the idea of optimizing for just land no structures, buy and hold like a bond. we'll see how it goes, very new experiment

@darewecan @Tesla_AI I believe there's just a relatively short distance driven on River rd. , between the right turns. Tesla rd. is north of Gigatx.

This is a message for single men that are tired of online dating
I made a post 6 months ago about what I should text a woman that I was going on a date with
The date was great. In fact we have spent almost every day since then together
Now she’s my girlfriend
Guys if you’re frustrated with online dating I have some advice
Delete your dating apps and start going out every single day
You need to the gym, go to the grocery store, go work from cafes
You need to try a new group fitness class every other day, go to yoga and pilates, and join meetups for things you’re interested in
Be someone who is out and about
Talk to strangers, make friendly conversation, add value, and don’t be sketchy
Find fun things happening in town that you can invite people to
I guess that’s pretty complicated so try this for now:
Start saying yes to every single invitation that you get
What you want as a single guy- and this is key- is IRL surface area
You want to get out of your home and off your phone so that you improve your odds to meet someone special in real life
That’s what I am calling your IRL surface area
I knew I needed this IRL surface area because I do bad on dating apps
See I’m not 6-feet tall and I don’t have a chiseled jaw
But I do feel comfortable talking to strangers
I met my girlfriend at the pool on a hot summer Tuesday evening
My friend Katelyn invited me to come hang out with her and her friends
I was busy with work and I didn’t want to go but thank God I did
I went to the pool that day because I wanted to say Yes to everything that would help me find a girlfriend
Sitting at home doing work = No
Going to Barton Springs Pool = Yes
She was sitting up on the hill reading a book. I mustered up the courage to go chat but that’s another story
For now just go out. Every day.
Make it a challenge if you want: Go out every day for 10 days straight starting tomorrow
Try new restaurants, coffee shops, all the things I said above
Just start talking to people and doing the things that the person you want to date might do too
You can find a girlfriend if you get more IRL surface area
Here’s a photo of us on the beach yesterday
Good women are out there. You just have to put in the work

Nick Gray@nickgraynews
I have a first date on Sunday night I am taking her out for sushi I will use the most popular reply to this post as my text message to remind her about our date tomorrow

Let me know if you can relate to this:
- USPS delivers piles of garbage to house in form of spam mail
- Person walks to place where garbage is delivered, either front of home or mailbox outside
- Person walks back and sorts through garbage
- Person finds 2 pieces of mail amongst 20+ pieces of garbage
- Person opens 2 pieces of mail and realizes it's also garbage
- Person then puts the entire pile of garbage delivered by USPS into the garbage
- The cycle repeats
USPS is nothing more than a taxpayer-funded garbage distributor in many instances.
How do we fix this?

@waitbutwhy How the fuck did I just now learn that whales and dolphins evolved from land animals?
English

Our fishy ancestors evolved lungs and bony fins, not for living on land but for life in the waters of Devonian swamps. They evolved bony fins to help push them through the think swamp mud. Because the waters they lived in tended to be a bit low on oxygen, their gills mutated into primitive lungs that could supplement their oxygen intake with the occasional gulp of air at the water's surface. These changes happened to also give them the ability to briefly scurry across land to evade a predator or move to a different swamp. Over millions of years, these little excursions got longer and longer until they had come to live entirely on land.
Later, some of their descendants would do the same thing in the opposite direction. Whales and dolphins evolved from four-legged galloping dog-like animals. They developed a big enough lung capacity that they could take little excursions into the water to hunt prey. Over millions of years, their lung capacity grew and their excursions got so long they came to live entirely underwater, only needing to rise to the surface for air. Whales are currently in the equivalent stage our fishy ancestors were when they could spend a lot of time on land but still had to return to the water here and there. Perhaps, in a few more million years, whales will have completed their transition, modifying their lungs back into gills and no longer needing to come to the surface at all.
By the way, fish all swim by oscillating their bodies from side to side. But whales and dolphins swim in an up and down motion—a remnant of their past as land gallopers.

I think that neither Trump nor Harris will destroy America if elected president.
Call me crazy, but I think that Trump is not a fascist and Harris is not a communist.
I think this is a reasonable rational position, but according to the internet it's insane 🤣
Either way, getting attacked by both sides has been mentally exhausting for me. Perhaps that's the design of the current political climate: anyone with moderate open-mindedness needs to be pushed out in favor of a "battle" between dogmatic extremes. This doesn't seem like the right path toward truth.

6000 hauls like this is all it takes to make the Great Pacific Garbage Patch history.

Latest extraction: over 16,000 kg (35,000 lbs) of plastic out of the ocean to be recycled into durable, sustainable products so it never re-enters the marine environment again.
