25 horas en Crimson Desert: —Las primeras horas son las más duras, debes adaptarte. —El juego no te regala NADA, debes aprender de 0. —No puedes ir a cualquier lugar a pesar de que el juego te lo permite. No estás preparado, vas a morir. No vayas de PRO. —Es es mundo más vivo que he visto en un videojuego, más que el KCD2 (mi opinión). —La historia está mejorando, pero no es su fuerte. Lo mejor es la cantidad INFINITA de cosas diferentes que puedes hacer. —He viajado hasta lo alto de una montaña, congelándome de frío, para obtener una pieza de equipo tras un rompecabezas. —Los puzles son fumada, molan, pero algunos son complicados de cojones. —Cuánto más exploro, más me doy cuenta de que se parece a Elden Ring y RDR2 más de lo que pensaba. —Me falta por explorar el 90% del juego, qué hype y qué ganas de seguir. —Este es mi gato, no sé qué nombre ponerle. Or "get better" type posts when there are actual issues. Its alienating player to post legit complaints, and are immediately hit with those.

Just rewatched the first 3 rounds again. We’re all confused on how scoring works in this sport. It’s still seems more subjective than criteria based. RD1: very close but more activity from Murphy. RD2: close still but Murphy ahead on strikes. RD3: really tight until the last 25 sec where Movsar opens a cut on Murphy. Does that steal the RD?? RD 4&5: Clear for Movsar 👌🏾 Point deduction. This fight is a draw, if RD3 is scored for Movsar.

Confirmed GenAI use that was undisclosed to Steam and now they're apologizing claiming it's a simple "Oversight" that somehow sat in their game for YEARS and made into a huge launch. Then somehow overlooked it when putting it on Steam, where they would have been asked about AI use. Pearl Abyss lied to platforms to get it on the market, Crimson Desert is riddled with GenAI assets that stole from real artists. Supporting this kind of behavior from a company will destroy gaming, leaving us with a mediocre hellscape of boring, uninteresting trash like every AI video out there, everything will become shit mobile ads. Say no to this trash, get refunds and spend that money on indies who are actually doing things right.

We would like to address questions regarding the use of AI in Crimson Desert. During development, some 2D visual props were created as part of early-stage iteration using experimental AI generative tools. These assets helped us rapidly explore tone and atmosphere in the earlier phases of production. However, our intention has always been for any such assets to be replaced, following final work and review by our art and development teams, with work that aligned with our quality standards and creative direction. Following reports from our community, we have identified that some of these assets were unintentionally included in the final release. This is not in line with our internal standards, and we take full responsibility for it. We also acknowledge that we should have clearly disclosed our use of AI. While these tools were primarily used during early production, with the expectation that these assets would be replaced prior to release, we recognize that this does not excuse the lack of transparency. We sincerely apologize for these oversights. We are currently conducting a comprehensive audit of all in-game assets and are taking steps to replace any affected content. Updated assets will be rolled out in upcoming patches. In parallel, we are reviewing and strengthening our internal processes to ensure greater transparency and consistency in how we communicate with players moving forward.

@TerraWarePC RT in this game is IMO unusable without DLSS RR/FSR RR, but since those are insanely GPU-heavy, you're left to make a nasty visuals/perf trade-off, unless you have a monster GPU that can just brute force through the game with ML-based denoising, which still has its own issues.

1 hour into Crimson Desert and i already noticed something that’s kinda sad, the world is genuinely beautiful and feels alive, very immersive im genuinely surprised by it. BUT, the protagonist is voiced but lacks interactive voice lines and it pulls me out of the immersion.

I think I’m definitely in the minority here but I didn’t find the controls that hard to get used to in Crimson Desert. It’s RDR 2 and GTA controls mixed with fighting game combat controls. Saw people complain about the X button to jump and A to run when it’s literally been that way in GTA for years and no one complains about it there lmao.

@idonotexistelol There are a ton of controls, but they are drip fed to you. You learn one, get used to it, and boom the game has another one for you. Given that, I really don't understand the struggle. If we had access to it all right from the start, I'd certainly be struggling but. Not the case

My biggest issue and concern of Crimson Desert from what I’ve seen is that it is just “content” the video game. A whole lot to do but lacking depth, effectively a large puddle like a lot of open world games.

One of the most foolish things about women is a lack of long-term thinking and awareness of consequences. You are actually placing the power of relationships, marriages and reproduction into the hands of men. Women have menopause, but men do not. Men will now be able to continue taking birth control until they are ready to have children, while women will be forced to rely on men’s decisions and approval in order to conceive. Men can continue taking it until they die or whenever they are ready to have children, and we all know men often prefer to wait until their late 30 after making it. Men would gladly welcome it, as it could reduce paternity fraud, baby trapping, and being pressured into marriage. It would allow them to make reproductive decisions on their own terms, and they would have greater control over reproduction. Dumb idiots.
