@backmarket customer service is just absolutely non existent. They don’t reply for hours on end. Sent me a faulty iPhone which i raised an issue with within an hour of receiving it 4 days ago and still without a resolution just been told not to use the phone.

@backmarket I sent 2 devices for trade-in but mixed the labels. One company is sending iPad to correct refurbisher with the right label. The other company is holding my macbook air and won’t send to the right refurbisher despite having the label and they have closed the chat.
