Don’t really have time to sleep lately but at least we are bioregulated lol

Physical exertion on Pinealon feels unreal. 1hr45m of pickup basketball felt like a light 20-minute jog. That matches the specific Pinealon research I’m referencing: Russian studies/reviews describe improved physical working capacity in athletes, plus better recovery-related physiology & reduced fatigue under stress, not just cognitive effects! In other words, the most relevant signal here is not “more energy” in a stim-like sense but instead, it’s a weirdly lower perceived exertion for a hard session

Today I am starting an n=1 experiment with Pinealon This is a brain-focused bioregulator peptide that’s been studied for neuroprotection, cognition & resistance to oxidative stress. I’ll be tracking subjective fatigue plus WHOOP HRV, recovery, and sleep stages to see if it actually moves the needle.

Starts today. 2 caps in the AM on the empty stomach per @AbudBakri (🙏🙏). I’ll be wearing my watch at night for this week so we can see if the sleep tracker shows any valuable data.

23 points up since I put my little brother on Epithalon and Pinealon, just one week.

@zaidkdahhaj I fear it’s a lack of melanopsin in the skin from blue light bathing. Bath in blue light and UV becomes much more harmful Even if you did everything else above right Melanin and opn4 defense shields down

Ok, I already have 3 cases that went from insomnia and poor sleep quality (waking up during the night, light/half-awake sleep, etc.) to sleep quality similar to their teenage years (the same when IGF-1 and GH are naturally much higher), after taking both Epithalon + Pinealon in the morning. This is different from the usual approach (Pinealon AM, Epithalon PM). Once sleep improves, a lot of things follow: energy, focus, morning wood, mood, etc.

Tonight I am starting an n=1 experiment with Epitalon This is a pineal bioregulator peptide that has been studied for aging, telomeres & circadian rhythms I will be tracking subjective sleep plus WHOOP HRV, recovery, and sleep stages to see if it actually moves the needle.

when Khavinson was developing bioregulators early on in the Soviet Union, he said it was “easy” to inject people because there was no ethical committee, no big restrictions, and permission for clinical trials were obtained quickly in the USSR which lead to testing in over 20 clinics all over the Soviet Union and the involvement of more than 60 laboratories. He also said that early drug preparation was free because it was done through a state owned factories.
