There is little of interest in Harlow since Central Connect became part of Vectare and gained about a trillion 4-pot Enviro200MMCs, but still a few decent motors remain, these being the tatty B7RLEs, SB200s and (way past their prime) Solos with Harlow, all rather beaten up..

@SE_Electrostar If you want to get somewhere, you're more likely to make it on a life-expired Solo that looks like it's been hit by multiple bombs than a pristine Streetlite.

@BGatesIsaPyscho in fairness, it is generally a rule not to eat strong smelling food on a bus - but equally, the woman in question may not have any other time to eat, and even still the whole world shouldn’t have to stop for a select group fasting. it wouldnt bother you any other time

Hounslow to Ascot / Windsor & Eton today. A mediocre selection formed of mainly ADL MMC products, however Attend Bus and Chaseside did provide some interesting motors in the form of LJZ1450 (LY02OAD), W44CSP (LK08FNA), W55CSP (LK08FNC) & W66CSL (LJ08CVS).

The new order for Hertfordshire... 15 rather boring minutes in St. Albans this afternoon saw several ex Fastrack 4-cyl E200MMCs pass by, and I must say these do feel like a step back compared to the stronger 6-cyl VDL / Wrights that were once mainstay on the routes...

Little 1614 escaped Stevenage at long last, the first time in what seems like many years! Certainly an interesting run and allocation, and to be fair, for a 4 banger, it doesn't sit about. Stevenage's finest at the helm, none other than @BusBoyCharlie!

Briefly returning to Hertfordshire this afternoon was A2B's big pink Scania N94UD Omnidekka UH55 UNO - a stunning motor indeed! Covering a relief trip on their recently taken over Sunday 331 service, it is seen around Buntingford.. still adorned with Uno's branding!

A very comfy motor for both driver and passengers, seats are well padded and in good nick for a 20 y/o bus. its warm, goes well and comfortably and thus far is the best ‘modern’ single decker i’ve driven
