@HeinzUK quick question...has there been any attempt to making packing that reduces the risk of cutting skin? These are fairly thick and acts like a knife! The wife's skin maybe made of butter but has cut her fairly bad :/

@ambipur @pandgmanagement @AmbiPurPH looking at the used refill and noticed that all but the wicks can be washed and reused. Wouldn't that decrease your carbon footprint and reduce production costs? I am sure people would send them to you.
