If Kamala Harris wins, we’ll need a Democratic Congress to certify the election. Speaker Mike Johnson, the legal architect of the effort to overturn the last presidential election, won’t commit to certifying a Harris victory. So we must defeat Mike Lawler to take back the House.

@TheRealGresh So there’s no difference between a first year quarterback, and two quarterbacks who had been in the league for a few years? Do better.

In 2016, district-level polls in heavily non-college white seats picked up on a Trump surge that wasn't being reflected in many state/national polls. As pollsters have weighted more by education since, we've seen much less of a differential between those polls (1/3).

Don't think Peanut the Squirrel moved the deal enough. Think Trump loses perhaps by enough to forestall a counter. If not close to tied in several swing states Trump has no options.

It's notable that a place like Towns Co. (Trump +61 in '20) is at 92% of its final '20 turnout, while Clayton Co. (Biden +71) is at 69% of its '20 turnout. Doesn't tell us who will win GA, just that Dems have more work to do than Rs to turn out their vote in the final days.
Greg Bluestein@bluestein

The highest early voting turnout in Georgia isn’t in Democratic strongholds such as DeKalb County or the fiercely contested suburbs that surround metro Atlanta. It’s in sparsely populated rural counties where Republicans dominate. #gapol ajc.com/politics/the-d…

Today, is a good day to remember that Trump would veto a $15 minimum wage & legislation making it easier for McDonald's workers to join unions. In Denmark, where they have strong unions, the minimum wage is $22 and a Big Mac is 3 cents cheaper. Welcome to corporate greed, boss.

NEW: CNN's Brian Stelter says people need to stop complaining about crumbling roads & schools because he lives in a nice community, gets torched by Shermichael Singleton. 🔥🔥🔥 Stelter: "My roads are not crumbling. My schools don't suck." Singleton: "To sit here and arrogantly say, 'Well, my kids go to great schools. I live in a great neighborhood.' That's your experience." "Your experience is not the same as others in this country."
