My sister flew with @FlySWISS airways on 16/09/22 from Delhi to Manchester LX 147 (DEL-ZRH)Which was delayed by 26 min due to which she couldn’t board the next delight from ZRH-MCR (LX390) She ended up@waiting for 10 hours at ZRH. No food vouchers,❌assistance& no compensation

i must admit I'm pretty impressed how @FlySWISS handled the 5hrs delay of my flight from LAX to Zurich recently: a hotel + a new boarding pass were waiting on my phone when I landed in ZRH, no queues, no phone calls, and even the compensation later was quick & easy.

4h with @lufthansa @FlySWISS @KLM support to rebook my Berlin trip - 3x changes, now includes a train. Broken payment systems & notifications. Then Lufthansa staff at SFO blame me for rebookings, calling this 20h journey “my choice.” Beyond frustrating.

@FlySWISS (2of2) Most seats available with extra cost. As a couple, adjacent seats are with extra charge abt INR 14k each. SO UNFAIR. CHEATING A CUSTOMER. The tkt is highest business fare. As per fare rules we must get adjacent seats free

Heading home for Milano Cortina but having to face the worst airline customer service I’ve ever experienced 😢 @FlySWISS have some very rude people working on their online chat. Won’t accept that I’ve paid for additional baggage and won’t help. Didn’t even say sorry 😞
