Security worked as it was intended. The assailant never made it thru the first perimeter. Still too close for comfort obviously, but this was not a security breakdown. Now, the loophole clearly was the attacker booking a room in the hotel. Perhaps DHS has to take over screening of all Hilton guests for the weekend of the dinner?
