Do you think tips should be based on the total or on the service? Tipping is out of control! Tipping should not be based on the total. If I order a burger and fries, and another person orders a steak and baked potatoes, it takes the same amount of work.

@LarryJones I’m going to say this was a group of people. Each of them should have tipped 15 % minimum, and if service was good, it’s obvious they can afford to tip more.
