@grumps1000x @parcelforce @RoyalMail I have been on hold over 2 and a half hours for a lost parcel and got cut off as their offices closed. I have now spent 4.5 hours on hold to them in a week. It's beyond a joke.

Parcel force hold time is a disgrace! They close in 10 minutes and I’ll have been on hold 2 hours to speak to someone to get a tracking up date I paid for! All because there new tracking system doesn’t track all parcel types. @parcelforce @RoyalMail

@parcelforce Why is it basically impossible to contact you?! I waited over an hour on hold yesterday & heading for the same again this morning…sigh…

Noooooooo!! When you’ve got centre court tickets for tomorrow @rolandgarros with everything crossed to see @jackdraper0 & he’s listed on centre court…but for the night session! 😭 So close yet so far. We’ll be watching on the big screen…Allez Jack!! 💪🎾🇬🇧

@Jaguar All very frustrating that your phone lines are closed with a direction to use the live chat facility…but that doesn’t work & just shows an error message. Where is everyone & how are we supposed to speak to someone in your Customer Services team please?

@charlie_crispy Her attitude is appalling! He’s a pony & probably not au fait with road safety. So she failed to keep him safe & secured in the first place then punched him in the face for something he didn’t even know he’d done wrong. And then complains that people don’t like it!

Parents of babies who didn't sleep: what, if anything, worked? Our youngest is one next week, and wakes every 40mins-1hr every night. We have tried everything* and are losing our fucking minds. *except cry it out, not an option, sorry

I know it’s all I tweet about these days but my toddler is waking up on average 3-5 times a night and I’m absolutely at my wits end but…just have to keep going, I’m parenting solo at the moment and there’s no choice but to just have shit sleep all night.
