My lad had ordered loads of clothes for his holiday tomorrow from @ASOS_Menswear paid the extra £12 to dpd for next day delivery ie lunch time today Who failed to deliver and the driver just sent a random pgoto of some motorway saying nobody was in when he called - He's been in all day 🤣🤣🤣 . I've never heard one good thing about dpd

@parcelforce I’ve waited all morning for my parcel to arrive because you sent me a message saying it would be delivered b/w 1035 & 1335. At 1336 I’ve been sent another message saying it’s now due b/w 1335 & 5pm. I can’t get through to a human by phone. So frustrating. Day wasted.
