@parcelforce I’ve waited all morning for my parcel to arrive because you sent me a message saying it would be delivered b/w 1035 & 1335. At 1336 I’ve been sent another message saying it’s now due b/w 1335 & 5pm. I can’t get through to a human by phone. So frustrating. Day wasted.
