Perhaps you, mistakenly? (Definitely governments!) Israel's recognition seems contingent on the Palestinian State, which Israel ironically -- or hypocritically? -- refuses to recognize themselves! (Seems like Pakistan is trying to be fair.) [But, it also seems like Israel is being treated like a little kid that needs their parents -- the United States Government and France -- to make their decisions for them; presumably because when they pick what's for dinner, they end up bombing everybody!] {Ah, the personification of nation-states...}
