@Blaupunkt Bought your product BTW09, and this gave me the worst audio experience I ever had. The sound is very bad ( equivalent to 100 rs wired headphones, sold at the bus station). Left bud suddenly stopped charging, and hence sent to service centre.

I have been asking to call someone to me, in order to explain the situation, but didn't get anything.

Again same problem started, with low quality of sound. I had spent more money to courier the product to the service centre than the actual price of the product.
