@GlenBikes I am super sorry that we are not able to update email addresses. It is an system limitation. Once you set your new account up please reachout to support@reachnow.com we will be super glad to move your license over to your new account as well as your phone number.
@ReachNowSupport says they cannot change e-mail address associated w your account. You have to delete your account & create a new one.
It's really hard to believe that in the 21st century, a company thought that an e-mail address was a lifelong immutable identifier.
@ReachNowSupport really struggling with your app. Try to schedule a ride to the airport tomorrow afternoon and the app isn’t playing nicely. Can I do it via phone/email?!
@ReachNowSupport This makes no sense. You need to fix that. Did you bother to check how many e-mail addresses a US adult has on average through their adult life? If so, who decided that forcing us to create that many accounts was a good design decision.

@ReachNowSupport cant reserve a car. states "complete sign up to drive" but never loads the screen. just called in but the support was no help and said she doesnt know of a fix. pls i would like to use the service. how can we correct this issue?
@mdryja Sorry about that we have been having technical issues, however they have been fixed. Every member will need to log out and log back in *once* for the app to start working normally for them.
