They brought people on by streaming Sunday Night Football.
Now that the season is coming to an end, they sent an email that they're raising prices.
I can't think of a worse time to remind someone that they're paying for a service that they may not use anymore and it's getting more expensive...

Every now and then I'll remember the 5th stage of X-Men on Sega Genesis, where the game prompts you to "reset" as the giant computer in the stage is supposedly glitching. The only way to pass it is to physically press the reset button on the Genesis. I never did that because why would anyone do that and never passed that level. I think about it randomly from time to time and get just as pissed off as I was the day I found out. I've been mad about it for years.
