@Aria_Babu One bit of arbitrage would be to focus on male dominated hobbies. I’m willing to talk to a four who’s a Broncos or clippers fan than a normal six

Most women underrate how much men care about looks. And when they do try to get more attractive they waste time and effort on tanning, contouring their face, getting their nails done. Instead, almost everyone could be considered attractive if they lost weight, grew their hair long, and cleared up their skin. All these things are within your control. There's other basic advice that should be obvious. Wear makeup everyday and go for a youthful, dewy look. Remove your body hair. Ditch your glasses. For the extreme looksmaxxers, focus on your body. Your face is probably fine and hard to change. Get a boob job, precisely control your weight, and do hourglass-enhancing exercises. You are no longer stuck with the looks God gave you. ariababu.co.uk/p/get-sexier

There's no such thing as a universal 7. We proved it with 1.18 million photo ratings in the last month at @KeeperAI. Some reviewers approve just 2% of the photos they see. Others approve 65%. A 7 to one person is easily a 5 or an 8 to another. Physical attraction is the biggest reason for initial rejection in dating, and no one's measuring it well. Ever wonder why Tinder and Hinge show you so many profiles you'd never swipe right on? Our whole promise at @KeeperAI is that we don't waste your time with bad matches. To deliver on that, we needed to understand attraction at scale. LLMs can guess at an average attractiveness score (although they still suck at this), but that's only so helpful. What we needed was data on what real people actually think when they see a photo. Just the photo, before any profile data can influence the reaction. So we built a photo rating tool to collect exactly that. The data confirmed what we suspected: predicting what's generally attractive is a very different problem from predicting what a specific person will find attractive. Bonus: upload your photos and see your personal scores so you know which ones to use on your dating profiles. Vote on a few other people's photos to unlock yours, or skip the line: testmyphotos.com

“If you don't eat or consume sugar, your body is going to make it anyway. That is through like, gluconeogenesis. If you starve yourself and you just eat protein and fat, like a keto diet or a carnivore diet or whatever, your body is going to take that protein and fat and twist it through a long series of chemical processes to turn it back into glucose. Because you need glucose. Whether you eat it or not, your body is going to make it” @DTHshow @theNOBSdentist
Alena@AlenaNazarova_

Carbohydrates don’t cause weight gain. We are high-carbohydrate creatures, which is why the body uses glucose first for energy. Our brains also run primarily on carbohydrates.

@CostelloWilliam @louistheroux I watched the doc last night and honestly just watching it changed my goals for dating, I no longer want multiple women long term. It felt so forced and it seemed as if they were doing it for other guys then themselves.

Another insight from the @louistheroux Manosphere doc is that it very much confirms my “play silly games win silly prizes” theory. Much of the manosphere makes more sense through life-history theory. Many of the men drawn to it grew up with instability and father absence. When tomorrow isn’t guaranteed, investing long-term in education or careers can look “cucked.” So the strategy becomes fast rewards now (e.g., crypto schemes, miscellaneous “hustles.”). Because the easiest quick money is often exploitative, this strategy gets reframed as peak masculinity. This then shapes their mating psychology. If your status comes from exploitative, short-term wins, the women you attract often confirm your worst fears, which then gets reinterpreted as “female nature.” So they teach followers their anxious-avoidant mating strategy. Don’t invest, rotate women, never commit.

Do you worry about men because of 'toxic masculinity'? Louis Theroux explores the shocking world of proudly misogynistic influencers for a new Netflix documentary on the 'Manosphere'. Does it worry you? Or do you think it is overblown by the media?

@alexinomia @cremieuxrecueil Okay in Europe you have to pay to use the bathroom or get drinking in America its common courtesy for stores to include that in our social contract and because of that our system is better. Im not saying its perfect but its better than idotic system Europe has

@ReevvanB @cremieuxrecueil You are paying for someone to clean it up you stupid phaggot. I know cleaning a restroom is probably a foreign concept to you, but imagine if you had to do it every day for facilities used by hundreds of people.

Thats where my argument lies with out those kids we might have had a system like Europe where a person would pay to use the bathroom. I agree public bathrooms are probably a waste but we live in the greatest country in the world and we should be able to have a system that has usable bathrooms

@ReevvanB @cremieuxrecueil I am American. We don't have free bathrooms in fully public places accessible on foot very much at all. Because they get destroyed. Of course if you have business being somewhere, you have access to a bathroom. But just on the streets? No. It's been tried. It doesn't work.

@ReevvanB @cremieuxrecueil Imagine what happens when there's no buy-in price. Oh wait, we don't have to -- they get trashed to the point of destruction and then we don't have them anymore.
