Why is the modifier "peaceful" always used by establishment protest organizers, pundits and politicians to describe demonstrations? As if the default of protests isn't usually peaceful? It's also a subtle signal to citizens to never be disruptive. They program us to never express rage or anger when protesting a system that thrives on genocide and state violence. The same group never uses that term to describe policing. You never hear "Police were mostly peaceful during the protests...." They use language to manipulate us.

It takes no "courage" or "strength" whatsoever to send other people and their kids to go risk their lives to fight in wars that you start. Even if you believe that the Trump/Netanyahu Iran war will produce good outcomes, heralding Trump as "courageous" for it is pathetic.

Interesting that the guy Platt they had on CNN to give the Jewish anti-Piker perspective is a guy who spent today defending Ben-Gvir’s racist apartheid ‘kill only Palestinian convicts’ law, and in this clip suggests Piker is antisemitic for saying Israel pulled the US into this war - which is what multiple top mainstream Senate Democrats - Gallego, Murphy, Schatz, etc - have said!
